Literature Text

trickling down like vines on the height
dripping of softness-
ensconced within
an eternity of night-
the beauty of moonlight

Moonlight

course from the heavens
and find Juliet here, caress her
face as Romeo
would ever yearn, truthfully
bewitch the contours of her
stunning life and let grief
find no faults, for she is
the living of a perfect essence.
how could He presage as to
make a lovers encounter fall upon
the gardens of the moons children?
let them all be free,
moon and children and lovers, naked
from the worries of inexorable
misfortunes, of a sorrowful unintention,
for it is all meant to be
if it is happening, fair destiny.
but no, let ambiguity remain
unanswered, for now we are subject to branded amour,
cryptic and vexing as
the moon's chastity-
let them ride the mares of change and futures,
don't look back my children,
because I once wished for youth and happiness,
and should we not let others feel
what we, ourselves have always longed for?
The first part is just a bit of a poem I wrote, the second is just an expansion of thought-turned poetry.

:iconthewrittenrevolution:
Ok, this poem is just a big smattering of phrases and metaphors and vocabulary that was running about my head, which I decided to mash together into a poem. I think it needs a major editing overhaul.

So, I'd like to know, should I separate some bits into stanzas? Maybe some rewording, vocab adding or subtracting, or maybe just rewrite the whole thing? Feel free to utterly destroy this piece, because I'd really like someone to help me make this poem make sense!:)
